411 ORDINANCE NO. teat__ AN ORDINANCE RELATING O' THE FORMATION OF PARKING DISTRICT NO, 1 The Council of Redwood City do ordain as follows: 1 . Parking District No . 1 is hereby declared to be formed, and to be bounded as described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof. 2 . The property proposed to be acquired for public parking purposes is described as follows: Parcel A . All that certain real property in the block bounded northerly by Broadway, easterly by Main Street, southerly and southwesterly by Middlefield Road and westerly by Jefferson Avenue, excepting therefrom the following ap- proximately described portions of said property, to-wit: The northerly 122 feet; the easterly 140 feet of the southerly 237 feet of the northerly 359 feet; the easterly 140 feet of the northerly 248 feet of the southerly 433 feet; the easterly 181 feet of the southerly 185 feet; the westerly 131 feet of the southerly 277 feet of the northerly 399 feet; the westerly 187 feet of the southerly 79 feet of the north- erly 543 feet . Also excepting therefrom all that property lying southerly of a line parallel to and distant 543 feet southerly measured . attright angles from the southerly line of Broadway; easterly of the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue and its southerly extension; westerly of a line parallel to and distant 179 feet easterly measured at right angles from the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue and its southerly extension; and northerly of a line parallel to and distant 623 feet . Also excepting therefrom all that property lying southerly of a line parallel to and distant 623 feet southerly measured at right angles from the southerly line of Broadway; westerly of a line parallel to and distant 234 feet easterly from the southerly projection of the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue and northeasterly of the northeasterly line of Middlefield Road . Together with easements for ingress and egress over the following described property: (a) The easterly 140 feet of the northerly 16 feet of the southerly 286 feet of said block. (b) The westerly 45 feet of the easterly 297 feet of the northerly 122 feet of said block. Parcel B. All that real property bounded southwesterly by Pennsylvania Avenue, westerly by Winslow Street, northerly by Broadway, easterly by Hamilton Street, northerly by Theater Street, northeasterly by Middlefield Road and southeasterly by Jefferson Avenue; excepting therefrom the southeasterly 100 feet more or less thereof measured at right angles from the northwesterly line of Jefferson Avenue, and the northerly 160 feet more or less thereof measured from the southerly line of Broadway .
