RD-90-16 RD 90-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR <br /> THE OPERATION OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, KNOWN AS THE <br /> FAMILY LIVING CENTER IN REDWOOD CITY, AND RESCINDING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. RD-90-14 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 12/06/90), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, regarding <br />the operation of an emergency shelter, known as the Family Living <br />Center, in Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the same for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. RD-90-14 approving an earlier version of said <br />agreement is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> <br />
