RD-90-14 RD 90-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR THE OPERATION <br /> OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, KNOWN AS THE FAMILY LIVING <br /> CENTER IN REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 9/20/90 ), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency, and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, regarding the <br />operation of an emergency shelter, known as the Family Living <br />Center, in Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the same for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br /> <br />
