JAH:djm 06/14/90 (R-14/#27)

JUL 9 1990
RESOLUTION NO. RD-90-09

RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TAX
INCREMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY COMMUNITY
COLLEGE DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redwood City, as follows:

1. That certain agreement entitled -

Agreement Between the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Redwood City and the San Mateo County Community
College District Covering Tax Increment from Amendment
No. 2 of Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2;

hereby is approved, and the Executive Director and the Secretary
are directed to execute and attest the agreement.

2. This Agency's approval of said agreement is based on
the Agency's finding, which finding is supported by the
substantial evidence to such effect set forth in the Report of
the Fiscal Review Committee to this Agency received November 13,
1989, which evidence is incorporated in this resolution by this
reference, that the provision for tax increment financing in the
Second Amendment will cause a financial burden or detriment to
the San Mateo County Community College District and that the

payments are necessary to alleviate such financial burden or
detriment.
