RD-91-8 RD-91-08 RD 91-08 RD 91-8 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING DISPOSITION THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City, in connection with its acquisition of two parcels of real <br />property, has acquired title to that certain personal property <br />listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said property is not needed for present or <br />prospective use of this Agency, and should be declared surplus; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based upon duly approved appraisal this Agency has <br />determined that the current reasonable market value of each item <br />listed on Exhibit "A" is less than Five Thousand Dollars <br /> <br /> ($5,000.00); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency hereby finds, determines and declares that <br />those items listed on Exhibit A are surplus and no longer <br />necessary or required for Agency use, and that the appraised <br />value of each of such items is less than Five Thousand Dollars <br /> <br /> ($5,000.00). <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to dispose of said property as said officer shall <br />determine by negotiated price. <br /> <br /> <br />
