RD-91-2 RD-91-02 RD 91-02 RD 91-2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND SAN MATEO COUNTY SERVICE LEAGUE FOR <br /> ACQUISITION OF 878 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and San Mateo County Service <br />League for the acquisition by the Agency of the property commonly <br />known as 878 Main Street in the City of Redwood City, a copy of <br />which agreement was executed by the San Mateo County Service <br />League on January 4, 1991, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City and to take all actions required of the <br />Agency under said agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
