RD-92-15 RD 92-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF <br /> FURNITURE FOR OFFICES OF THE AGENCY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The purchase from Space Designs Inc., pursuant to the <br />existing contract of the County of Santa Clara with Herman <br />Miller, of the items of furniture set forth on Exhibit A to this <br />resolution, at the prices there set forth, hereby is approved in <br />a total amount not to exceed $12,144.00 plus incidental charges. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute such purchase orders, agreements or other <br />purchase documents (in form approved by the Agency Counsel), <br />necessary or appropriate to complete the purchase authorized and <br />approved hereby. <br /> <br /> <br />
