RD-92-5 RD-92-05 RD 92-05 RD 92-5 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE OF SPACE IN FITZPATRICK BUILDING FOR USE AS <br /> AGENCY OFFICE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain lease by and between the Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Redwood City, as lessee, and M. R. Oyster, doing <br />business as Oyster Properties, as lessor, which lease is in the <br />files of the Secretary for examination of the particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved subject to such final refinements as <br />may be determined by the Executive Director and Agency Counsel to <br />be in the Agency's best interest, and the Executive Director is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said lease for and on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />and to take all actions required of the Agency under said <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
