RD-92-4 RD-92-04 RD 92-04 RD 92-4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING ASSIGNMENT AND AMENDMENT OF DDA <br /> FOR SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The assignment of the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement for the Sequoia Station Project (the "DDA") executed by <br />this Agency and Sequoia Station Developers, Inc. (the <br />"Developer"), entered into as of the tenth day of April, 1990, <br />from the Developer to Safeway Inc., a Delaware Corporation, <br />hereby is approved subject to the condition subsequent set forth <br />in 3 below. <br /> <br /> 2. The document entitled "First Amendment of Disposition <br />and Development Agreement for the Sequoia Station Project", in <br />the form submitted to the Agency at this meeting, hereby is <br />approved subject to the condition subsequent set forth in 3 <br />below. <br /> <br /> 3. The approval of the assignment of the DDA given in 1 <br />above, and the approval of the First Amendment of the DDA given <br />in 2 above are both contingent on the condition subsequent that <br />Safeway Inc. shall provide, or cause to be provided, the funding <br />required pursuant to Section 304 of the DDA on or before <br />March 16, 1992. <br /> <br /> 4. The Executive Director hereby is authorized and directed <br />to execute the First Amendment of the DDA for and on behalf of <br />this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
