RD-92-1 RD-92-01 RD 92-01 RD 92-1 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND TRESTINE GROUP, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Trestine Group, Inc., <br />conferring on Trestine Group, Inc., the exclusive right to <br />negotiate with the Agency with respect to Opportunity Areas 9 and <br />10, which agreement is in the files of the Secretary for <br />examination of the particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and to take all actions <br />required of the Agency under said agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
