RD-92-23 RD 92-23 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Second Amendment of <br />Disposition and Development Agreement for the Sequoia Station <br />Project", by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Safeway <br />Inc., a Delaware corporation, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
