RD-93-11 RD 93-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF FIRST AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT WITH SUBSURFACE <br /> CONSULTANTS, INC. <br /> <br /> (WYNDHAM PLACE HOUSING PROJECT) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "First Amendment of <br />Agreement for Environmental and Geotechnical Services for Wyndham <br />Place Housing Project Site", a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the Secretary to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said amendment for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
