RD-94-24 RD 94-24 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY 101 CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT; <br /> ESTABLISHING THE PROPOSED BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A MAP, BOUNDARY <br /> DESCRIPTION AND A STATEMENT TO COUNTY OFFICIALS AND <br /> CERTAIN AGENCIES; AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF FILING AND <br /> PROCESSING FEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33327 of the Health and Safety Code <br />provides that an agency, after receipt of a preliminary plan for <br />a project area from the planning commission, shall transmit to <br />certain county officials, taxing agencies and the State Board of <br />Equalization, a map and description of the boundaries of the <br />project area, together with a statement that a plan for the <br />redevelopment of the area is being prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33328 of the Health and Safety Code <br />requires the agency to advise such officials and agencies of the <br />base year assessment roll which the agency proposes to use for <br />the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 of such code; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />by its resolution adopted December 6, 1994, has selected the <br />Project Area for the Redwood City 101 Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project and has approved and adopted the Preliminary Plan <br />formulated therefor and submitted said Preliminary Plan to this <br />Agency. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Preliminary Plan for the Redwood City 101 Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project is hereby received. <br /> <br /> <br />
