RD-94-18 RD 94-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> REPORT FOR 101 CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br /> (WAGSTAFF AND ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City proposes to implement and adopt a redevelopment plan for the <br /> proposed 101 Corridor Redevelopment Project Area in the City of <br /> Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of an <br />Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") is required pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Res. Code <br />§21000 et seq.), the State Guidelines implementive thereof <br />("State CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR ~15000, et seq.) and this <br />Agency's regulations implementive thereof ("Agency's CEQA <br />Regulations"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wagstaff and Associates of Berkeley, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> <br />expertise to perform such services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Preparation of <br />an Environmental Impact Report (101 Corridor Redevelopment Plan)" <br />(form dated 08/04/94), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, a redevelopment agency of the State of <br />California and Wagstaff and Associates, for the performance of <br /> <br /> <br />
