RD-94-16 RD 94-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION <br /> OF THE 101 CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> (KATZ HOLLIS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting services to implement the <br />adoption of the 101 Corridor Redevelopment Plan in the City of <br />Redwood City, California (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Katz Hollis of Los Angeles, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform such services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Services - (101 Corridor Redevelopment Plan)" (form dated <br />08/04/94), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, a redevelopment agency of the State of California <br />and Katz Hollis, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br /> <br />
