RD-96-17 RD 96-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION OF SMALL <br /> BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the Redwood City <br /> Redevelopment Agency, and Canada College for the Small Business <br /> Development Center", (form dated 10/10/95), a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and <br />- Secretary of this Agency are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-96-17 <br /> <br /> <br />
