RD-96-15 RD 96-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> (KATZ HOLLIS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City proposes to refinance the 1991 Local Agency Revenue Bonds, <br />Series B tax allocation bonds ("Bonds") for Redevelopment Project <br />Area #2 (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to engage Katz <br />Hollis of Los Angeles, California to render certain technical <br />advice and assistance on financial matters in connection with the <br />Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Katz Hollis represents that it is qualified on the <br />basis of experience and expertise to perform such services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Services - Financial Advisor for Refinancing 1991 <br />Series B Bonds" (form dated 10/17/96R), by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a redevelopment <br />agency of the State of California and Katz Hollis for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />
