RD-96-14 RD 96-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> (KATZ HOLLIS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City has undertaken certain activities pursuant to the California <br />Community Redevelopment Law for implementation of redevelopment <br />projects (the "Projects"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Katz Hollis of Los Angeles, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform fiscal consulting services required for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Services - Fiscal Services" (form dated 10/15/96R), by <br />and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br />a redevelopment agency of the State of California and Katz Hollis <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and <br />Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
