RD-96-10 RD 96-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "City") and Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the <br /> "Developer") have negotiated a Third Amendment (the <br /> "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled "Disposition <br /> and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," as <br /> amended (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said <br /> Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />-- That certain Amendment entitled "Third Amendment of <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza <br /> Project," by and between the Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., <br /> this Agency, and the City of Redwood City, a copy of which <br /> Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br /> the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by <br /> the Agency, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency <br /> hereby are authorized and directed to execute and to attest, <br /> respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on <br /> the ~day of July, 1996, by the following votes. <br /> <br /> <br />
