RD-96-05 RD 96-05 RD-96-5 RD 96-5 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING ANDAUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the <br />"City") and Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the <br />"Developer") have a Second Amendment (the "Amendment") to <br />that certain agreement entitled "Disposition and Development <br />Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," as amended (the <br />"DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said <br />Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVED AS <br />FoLLows: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Second Amendment of <br />Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza <br />Project," by and between the Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., <br />this Agency, and the City of Redwood City~ a copy of which <br />Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br />the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by <br />the Agency, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute and to attest, <br />respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on <br />the ~_~day of April, 1996, by the following votes. <br /> <br /> <br />
