RD-97-08 RD 97-08 RD-97-8 RD 97-8 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUT.!ON OF AGREEMENT FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br /> TO THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY COURTHOUSE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency, and San Mateo County Historical Association", (form <br />dated May 15, 1997), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary of this Agency are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
