RD-99-32 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND LAW OFFICES OF <br /> HERMAN H. FITZGERALD FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Legal Services" (form <br /> dated 11/09/99), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City and Law Offices of Herman H.
