RD 2000- 58 RD-00-58 <br /> <br />__ RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORITING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, and Shea Homes Limited Parmership, a California <br /> limited parmership ("Shea") have negotiated a Third Amendment (the "Amendment") to <br /> that certain agreement entitled "Disposition and Development Agreement for Franklin <br /> Street Project," as amended (the "DDA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Third Amendment of Disposition and <br />- Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project (Shea)," by and between the Shea <br /> and this Agency, a Copy of which Amendment has been executed by Shea and delivered <br /> to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and the <br /> Chairperson and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed to execute <br /> and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br /> at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of November, 2000, by the following <br /> votes. <br /> <br /> Form dated: 11/2/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
