RD-00-44 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILLIAM EUPHRAT <br /> MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC. FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br /> requires professional advisory services for Agency's Redevelopment Project No. <br /> 2 (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, <br /> California, represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise <br /> <br /> to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Financial Consulting <br /> Services" (Financial Plan Development & ImPlementation for Public Parking - <br /> Redevelopment Project No. 2)" (form dated 05/11/00R), by and between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and William Euphrat <br /> Municipal Finance, Inc. of San Francisco, California, for the performance of the <br /> above-mentioned services, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are <br /> <br /> RD-029 <br /> F:lSharedlRedwoodlCounrJllReso. <br /> DES:djk <br /> 05/08100 <br /> 05/11/00R <br /> <br /> <br />
