RD-00-40 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF RIGHT OF ENTRY TO PENINSULA HABITAT FOR <br /> HUMANITY, INC. <br /> <br /> (ROLISON ROAD AND HAVEN AVENUE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Right of Entry entitled, "Right of Entry - Peninsula Habitat For <br />Humanity, Inc." ("Habitat"), pursuant to which this Agency grants Habitat the right <br />to enter the premises described in the Right of Entry for the purpose of grading <br />and performing other work of improvement on the premises, a copy of which <br />Right of Entry is on file in the office of the Secretary, t~ which reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Right of Entry, for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-870 <br /> f:/sWsWRC/Council <br /> <br /> FXS;rg <br /> 04/19/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
