RD-01-65 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND BOTTOMLEY <br /> ASSOCIATES, URBAN DESIGN & CITY PLANNING FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and Bottomley Associates, Urban Design & City <br />Planning, for professional consulting services relating to urban designp.r"i~je..ts" <br />located within the Redevelopment area of Redwood City, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />RD-044 <br />Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />06/04/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
