RD-02-72 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> REIMBURSEMENT OF OFF-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE FRANKLIN STREET <br /> PROJECT BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY AND IRVlNE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain Amendment entitled "Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for the <br />Reimbursement of Off-site Infrastructure Improvements (Irvine Apartment <br />Communities Franklin Street Project)," by and between the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware <br />limited partnership, for reimbursement of costs of construction and installation of <br />certain off-site infrastructure improvements relating to the Franklin Street Project, <br />a copy of which Amendment is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Amendment for and <br />on behalf of the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />2.
