;;: <br /> � � � REG:yc:l/21/66-7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. �O <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF A <br /> SANITARY SEWER AND STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br /> WF�REAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article 5(commencing <br /> at §50430) of Chapter 2, Part 1, Division 1, Title 5, of the <br /> Governnient Code, the Council of the City of Redwood City has, by <br /> its Resolution No. 4884, adopted January 3, 1966, declared its <br /> intention to vacate a portion of a sanitary sewer and storm <br /> drainaqe easement, which easement is designated as such on that <br /> map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision One," recorded <br /> January 12, 1926, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br /> County, California, in Book 13 of Maps at pages 24 to 27, inclusive; <br /> and <br /> Wf�REAS, pursuant to said provisions, notice of intention. <br /> to vacate and abandon the above mentioned sanitary sewer and <br /> storm cirainage easement has been published and posted; and <br /> WI�REAS, a public hearing has been held evidence taken; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BS IT RESOLVED BY THE COt7NCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. TY►e Council of the City of Redwood City finds (a) that <br /> the hereinafter described portion of a sanitary sewer and storm <br /> drainage easement has not been used for sanitary sewer and storm <br /> drainage easement purposes since the date of its designation as <br /> such and (b) that the easement is unnecessary for present or <br /> prospective public use. <br /> 2. The above mentioned.portion of a sanitary sewer and <br /> storm drainaqe easement which is to be abandoned and vacated is <br /> situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> of California, and is more particularly descri.bed as:;follows: <br /> _� <br /> � <br />
