REG.ek 1/10/66-7 <br /> , • • <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. �� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSUI,TING SERVICES FOR SITE AND <br /> SPACE ALLOCATIONS FOR.MUNICIPAL FACILITIES <br /> Y7EiEREAS, the orderly growth of our City requires that long <br /> term plans be made for the enlargement and relocation o£ muni- <br /> cipal facilities essential to serve the City; and, <br /> S•7f�REAS, the firm of EBS Management Consultants is quali- <br /> fied to perform services in the field of site and space alloca- <br /> tions and has.submitted a proposal for the performance of such <br /> services; and, <br /> S�REAS, this Council desires to enter into an agreement <br /> with EBS Management Consultants for the performance of such <br /> services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOY�TS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Consulting Services <br /> Agreement" by and between the City o£ Redwood City and EBS <br /> Management_Consultants, a copy of which is presently on file <br /> . <br /> in the office of the City Clerk to which�copy reference is made <br /> for full particulars concerning the:terms and conditions thereof, <br /> is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> � <br /> °l1 <br /> . °� <br /> -�O <br />
