02/27/2012 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15170 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br /> determines whether to make adjustments to the City Attorney's salary and <br /> compensation plan; <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Council has conducted its annual performance <br /> evaluation of the City Attorney and wishes to acknowledge her contribution to the <br /> organization in the performance of her duties as City Attorney; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The base compensation for the position of City Attorney shall be <br /> retroactively increased by the sum of four percent (4%) effective the first <br /> day of the first pay period following August 23, 2011; and <br /> 2.
