04/09/2012 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15180 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT <br /> NUMBER 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br /> CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br /> MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br /> Transportation (CalTrans), Office of Maintenance Services has presented <br /> Amendment Number 1 to the "Aqreement for Maintenance of State Hiqhwavs in <br /> The Citv of Redwood Citv, State Highways 82 (EI Camino Real) and 84 <br /> (Woodside Road) in the City of Redwood City, dated July 1, 2002;" and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed Amendment Number <br /> 1 in full and agrees with its provisions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
