' FXS:dft ~ '10/95 (038/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/16/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12395 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN <br /> (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Citizen Participation Plan was adopted by the <br />City Council by Resolution No. 10780; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Citizen Participation Plan set forth a detailed <br />citizen participation plan for the City's Community Development <br />Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Amended Participation Plan would extend the <br />applicability of the Citizen Participation Plan to the City's <br /> <br />Human Services Financial Assistance Program Funding; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> i. In accordance with the requirements of Section 104(a) <br />of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (P.L. <br />93-383), as amended, this Council does hereby adopt an Amended <br />Citizen Participation Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. The Amended Citizen Participation Plan hereby adopted <br />is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
