BLISS ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to realign East <br />Bayshore Road at Seaport Boulevard in the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A.L. Bliss Engineering, Inc. of Palo Alto, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Engineering Services - East Bayshore Road Realignment <br />at Seaport Boulevard" (form dated 12/16/94), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and A.L. Bliss Engineering, Inc., for the performance <br />of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
