i <br /> � , <br /> oR�c�NA� <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES <br /> (Housing Accessibility Modifications) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ��� da of <br /> , Y <br /> 2012, by and befinreen the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> ci and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and CENTER <br /> FOR INDEPENDENCE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, a California <br /> nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
