�GM:dp:9/3/74 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br /> �` � � � ORlG1NAL <br /> ��� � � ��6� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR ASPHALTIC <br /> EMULSIONS, CRUSHER RUN ROCK, ROCK SCREENINGS, FINE <br /> AGGREGATES, ASPHALTIC CONCRETE, AND PORTLAND CEMENT <br /> CONCRETE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 1974, <br /> THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1975; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br /> CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> contract documents for requirements of the City of Redwood City <br /> for the period October 1, 1974, through September 30, 1975, for <br /> asphaltic emulsions, crusher run rock, rock screenings , fine <br /> aggregates , asphaltic concrete, and Portland cement concrete; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for the furnishing of said materials ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> l. Those certain contract documents for asphaltic emulsions, <br /> crusher run rock, roc}: screenings, fine aggregates, asphaltic <br /> concrete, and portland cement concrete for the period October l, <br /> 1974, through September 30, 1975, prepared by the office of the <br /> City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of the aforementioned <br /> materials, in accordance with the contract documents therefor, said <br /> advertisement to be in the form of that certain Notice to Bidders <br /> set forth in the abave mentioned contract documents . <br />
