'7269 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHO.RIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 5TREET IMPRGVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH <br /> SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF NORTHUMBER— <br /> LAND AVENUE AND CARLOS AVENUE — JOHN VRAHOS <br /> WHEREAS, the Subdivision Committee on August 8, 1974, conditionally <br /> approved the application of John Vrahos for subdivision of certain <br /> real property therein described; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the conditions imposed by the Subdivision <br /> Committee in appr�ving the above subdivision provided that the <br /> above-named subdivider enter into an improvement agreement with <br /> �he City for the construction of such future street impravements <br /> as may be required by the City in the vicinity of the subdivided <br /> property along Carlos Avenue in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said improv��ment agreement: <br /> and desires to approve and authorize execution thereof; <br /> NUW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CdUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreemenfi. between the City of Redwood City and <br /> John Vrahos, entitled "Agreement" (form dated 8/28/74) a copy of <br /> which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> * * * <br /> � � � �� <br /> I <br />
