MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> March 25, 2002 <br /> <br /> MO RD 02-06 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 27, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Redevelopment Plan and Owner Participation Process for <br /> Area Bounded by Maple/RR/Chestnut/ECR;; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on March 25, <br />2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Howard, Ruskin, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: Hartnett, Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Howard Redevelopment Board to direct staff to begin Owner <br />Participation process for implementing the Redevelopment Plan within both Phase I <br />and Phase II of the Planning Area. The Agency will expect the Owner-Participant <br />respondents to be prepared to redevelop the entire Planning Area, consistent with <br />the intent of the Downtown Area Plan as currently drafted. It is anticipated that <br />Owner respondents will make proposals for redevelopment of both Phases I and II <br />but with the initial emphasis being on the Phase I properties. <br />Direct staff to develop a citizen Task Force. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
