_ .�..._�__ __ � . �.��� �_.� _ _�. i _. _ ._ __ . <br /> . <br /> V <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> REBUILDING TOGETHER PENINSULA <br /> (Safe at Home - Minor Home Repair Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 2013, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and <br /> REBUILDING TOGETHER PENINSULA, a California nonprofit organization <br /> ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, <br /> 2014, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
