Supervisor Kucala volunteered
to work with Chairperson Anthony to compile all the comments and tally
information received from the surveys and put them on her computer.
ITEM 2 - Plan for Proposed Study Session
Superintendent Hartman suggested establishing a sub-committee to develop
goals and objectives and to strategize for the study session. She said
she, Chairperson Anthony and Commissioner Lloyd have volunteered to be on
the sub-committee. She asked if Supervisor Kucala and Executive Director
Bransford and any of the other Commissioners would like to be on the
sub-committee. Commissioner Truscelli said he felt it was better to have
only a few Commissioners speak on behalf of the Commission at the study
session rather than the entire Commission. Superintendent Hartman
mentioned the study session would probably be held in September or October
due to the budget hearings scheduled by the City Council.
