Seotion 14. UNL&wruL IIBZ OrRTIFICATZ OF - OCCUPA2 ?. At shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any building or premises or part thereof hereafter oonstruoted, erected, ohanged or con- verted wholly or in part in its use or structure until a oertifioate of occupancy to the effect that the building or premises or the part *here- of so oonstruoted, erected, ohanged,or converted and the proposed use thereof oonform to the us , \ e this _ Odd.inano, shall have been issued by the Building Inspeotor of said Town. In the case of such buildings or premises asxtitmxpsstx* irr it shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to issue a oertifioate of 000upanoy within ten days after a request for the same shall be filed in his office by any owner for a building or premises or thejart thereof, so oonstruoted, erected, ohanged or oonverted, and the pros d use A#eseof, conforms with all requirements herein sot forth. A temporary oertifioate of occupancy for a part of a building may be issued by the Building Inspector. Upon written request from the owner, the Build- ing Inspector shall issue a oertifioate of 000upanoy for any building or premises existing at the time of the passage of this ordinance oerti- fying after inspection ths'use of the building or premises and whether such use conforms to the provisions of this Ordi.sna . Seotion 15. PUOROZNINTA 'L AL PROs PZl LLTIZS. Any person, firm or oorporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon oonviotion thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than #300.00 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonm. went. Such person, firm or oorporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense ai for each and every day during any portion of whioh any violation of this ordinance is oommitted, oontinued or permitted by suoh person, fiat or oorporation, and shall be puneshable as herein provided.
