Each application for a building permit hereafter filed with the Bhilding Inspector shall be a000mpanied by a sworn statement as to the use of the building to be oonstruoted or altered on blanks to be furnished by the Building Inspector. On each application there shall be shown an accurate bleak plan of the looation of the building on the lot drawn ro a scale of si8titeen feet to one inch.
