Panorama Proposal to Prepare an IS/MND <br /> for the La Palma Project on Kentfield Avenue <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> TASK 1: PROJECT INITIATION <br /> Panorama Environmental, Inc. (Panorama) will consult with City of Redwood City(City) staff <br /> to gather all relevant project correspondence, and review and finalize the project schedule. <br /> TASK 2: PREPARE IS/MND <br /> Subtask 2.1: Prepare Administrative Draff IS/MND <br /> Panorama will prepare an Administrative Draft IS and Negative Declaration(ND)or MND, <br /> including a completed environmental checklist consistent with Appendix G of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) Guidelines.The IS will address each of the environmental <br /> parameters identified in the checklist. <br /> A traffic study was conducted for Kentfield I in 2009.This study will be evaluated for <br /> . <br /> applicability to the proposed pro�ect.The Kentfield Avenue/Woodside Road intersection will be <br /> evaluated for effects from the addition of the trips that would be generated by the proposed <br /> project. <br /> Deliverable: The Administrative Draft IS/MND will be submitted to City staff for review and <br /> comment. <br /> Subtask 2.2: Prepare Check Draff IS/MND <br /> Panorama will address and incorporate City comments on the Administrative Draft IS/MND <br /> and prepare the Check Draft for City review. <br /> Deliverable: Check Draft <br /> Subtask 2.3: Prepare IS/MND for Distribution <br /> Panorama will incorporate City comments on the Check Draft and produce the IS/MND for <br /> public review.The IS/MND will not be sent to the State Clearinghouse because it is not a project <br /> of regional importance. Panorama will draft the required CEQA notices,including the Notice of <br /> Intent and the Notice of Determination. <br /> Deliverable: IS/MND <br /> Subtask 2.4: Address Public and A enc Comments and Pre are Final IS MND <br /> 9 Y P / <br /> The City will receive comments on the IS/MND.It is expected that the comments will focus on <br /> traffic and that they will be similar to those received on the previous Kentfield project. <br /> Deliverables:Admin Final, Check Final, and Final IS/MND <br /> April 25,2014 <br /> 4 <br />
