�. <br /> 8. MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> 8.1 Comqliance With I.aws. Licensee will comply with ait applicable local, state and <br /> federal laws and regulations including those prohibiting discrimination and <br /> harassment. <br /> 8.2 Venue and Jurisdiction. Licensee agrees and stipulates that the proper venue <br /> and jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes between the parties arising out of <br /> this Agreement is the Superior Court,San Mateo County, California. <br /> 8.3 Assi�nment. Licensee may not assign this Agreement or any part of it, or any <br /> monies due or to become due under it, without the prior written consent of <br /> Licensor. <br /> 8.4 Amendments. This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of Licensor <br /> and Licensee. Any amendment shall be in writing, signed by both parties, with a <br /> statement of the changes in charges or time schedule. <br /> 8.5 Claims. Licensee shall promptly notify Licensor, in writing, of any occurrences <br /> on the Premises which involve any injury to person or property. Licensee shall <br /> provide Licensor with a full written description of the facts, circumstances, <br /> nature and resolution of the occurrence and shall provide Licensor with a map <br /> or diagram depicting the place the event giving rise to the injury occurred. <br /> Licensee shall also provide Licensor with the names and addresses of persons <br /> involved. Licensee shall promptly provide Licensee with copies of any claims for <br /> injury or damages of any sort, including complaints filed in any court. <br /> 9.
