Request, by resolution, Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br /> (MTC) allocation of Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 <br /> Pedestrian/Bicycle project funding for a Safe Routes to School Project in <br /> Redwood City. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15314 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY SUPPORTING THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT AND SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR MEASURE A <br /> PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE PROGRAM FUNDING FOR THE SAFE ROUTES <br /> TO SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT <br /> 2. Authorize, by resolution, staff to submit a grant application for a Safe <br /> Routes to School Project to the San Mateo County Transportation <br /> Authority's Measure A Pedestrian and Bicycle Program, and <br /> REQUEST NO. 15315 TO THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION <br /> COMMISSION FOR THE ALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2013/2014 <br /> TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT ARTICLE 3 PEDESTRIAN/BICYCLE <br /> PROJECT FUNDING <br /> 3.
