Professional Services Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. for engineering design and construction administration for the Stulsaft Park Retaining Wall Project (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the professional service agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. of San Jose, CA to provide engineering design services and construction administration for the Stulsaft Park Retaining Wall Project in an amount not to exceed $86,084.00; and, authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary. Award of Contract -Water Tanks and Pump Stations Seismic Improvement Project (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard form contract 00520 for the Water Tanks and Pump Stations Seismic Improvement Project to Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. of Santa Clara for their responsive and responsible low bid of$510,300.00, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to exceed $561,330.00.
