_ ___ i . . __ <br /> Robert Bernado, President of the San Mateo County Harbor Commission, said this body <br /> regulates and sets policy for finro harbors: 1) Half Moon Bay, and 2) South San <br /> Francisco. He spoke about how the Commission, various activities including ferry <br /> services at Oyster Point. <br /> Jim Tucker, Commissioner with the San Mateo County Harbor Commission, spoke <br /> about receiving the Clean Marina awards from the State of California as well as for their <br /> work in helping save lives and property through their search and rescue program. He <br /> noted that he was elected over 16 years ago and the Commission had been in debt for <br /> over $19 million, but they have worked to reduce it down to under $5 million. He spoke <br /> about wanting to bring ferry services from South San Francisco to Redwood City. <br /> 7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br /> and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> M/S Aguirre/Foust to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried with Council <br /> Member Bain absent. Motion carried unanimously 6-0 by electronic vote. <br /> 1. Section - Motion(s) <br /> A.
