He spoke about how the Commission, various activities including ferry <br /> services at Oyster Point. <br /> Jim Tucker, Commissioner with the San Mateo County Harbor Commission, spoke <br /> about receiving the Clean Marina awards from the State of California as well as for their <br /> work in helping save lives and property through their search and rescue program. He <br /> noted that he was elected over 16 years ago and the Commission had been in debt for <br /> over $19 million, but they have worked to reduce it down to under $5 million. He spoke <br /> about wanting to bring ferry services from South San Francisco to Redwood City. <br /> 7.
