City Attorney Thompson mentioned that there were finro Closed Sessions. One <br /> concerned Finger Avenue litigation relative to the Attorney's fees and City Council gave <br /> direction. The other Closed Session had to do with Potential Litigation, but no action <br /> was taken. <br /> The Mayor announced that effective July 14, 2014 the City Clerk's Office will be having <br /> their passport counter services be by appointment only. He said that hopefully this <br /> makes the wait time a lot less and much more efficient in processing the applications. <br /> 11.
