Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion and one vote. <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br /> and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> Council Member Howard pulled agenda items 7.1 K and N and will abstain on agenda <br /> item 7.1 N. ,�, <br /> M/S Seybert/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar except for items 7.1.K and <br /> 7.1.N. Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote 6-0 with Council Member <br /> Howard abstaining from the vote for 7.1.M; Council Member Bain abstained on <br /> item 7.1 E since he was absent at that meeting; and, Council Member Aguirre was <br /> absent. <br /> On item 7.1.K, Council Member Howard spoke in support of the recommendation of the <br /> payment and would like to turn it over to a collections agency because she does not <br /> want to forgive bad debt. Council Member Seybert believes this is about playing by <br /> the rules of fairness and transparency. The Mayor would like the City Attorney to come <br /> back with recommendations on how to deal with this matter. <br /> M/S Howard/Seybert to approve item 7.1.K including the recommendation from the <br /> Council Members who would like the City Attorney to come back with options for <br /> Council consideration on how to deal with this situation. Motion carried by <br /> unanimous roll call vote 6-0 with Council Member Aguirre absent. <br /> M/S Seybert/Foust to approve item 7.1.N. Motion carries by electronic vote 6-0 with <br /> Council Member Howard abstaining and Council Member Aguirre absent. <br /> 1. Section - Motion(s) <br /> A.
