Redwood City will provide a one-year warranty on any installation or upgrade of <br /> software applications performed by the Software Development staff. Hours will <br /> not be charged when time is spent in correcting problems provided the problems <br /> are not attributable to either a third-party software vendor or East Palo Alto, <br /> which includes but is not limited to lack of end-user testing, lack of adequate test <br /> scenarios, or lack of adequate exception scenarios. Both Parties will agree to <br /> the project scope prior to starting the project. <br /> 2.
