' • F " JHT:yc: 5/23/69 <br /> ORIG�lVA�. <br /> .�N s '� <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. �/,30• g�' <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 4.4, 5 .4, 6.7, 7 .7, 8.7, <br /> 9.7, AND 10.7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USE5 AND <br /> LOT WIDTH <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 4 .4 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 4.4 Conditional Uses . The following structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the RH District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> " (a) Pub lic and quasi-pub lic uses, except corporation <br /> yards, storage or repair yards and warehouses . <br /> " (b) Dwelling groups on lots having a minimum of 50 <br /> feet of frontage on a public street. <br /> " (c) Temporary tract of f ices. <br /> " (d) Parking lots and garages serving activities in <br /> adjacent industrial or commercial zones for <br /> customer and employee parking only, on parcels <br /> within the district adjacent to industrial or <br /> commercial zoning districts and not separated <br /> from the activities by any street, alley or other <br /> public or private right of way." <br /> SECTION 2 . Section 5 .4 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.4 Conditional Uses .
